DONALD KIM
Donald Kim is a Gallup-certified CliftonStrengths coach and founded Mirsight after nearly a decade of experience in education and small business. He graduated from UPenn in 1998 and began his career with Accenture. Afterwards, he worked with startups, the most recent being an admissions and coaching consultancy for students. He now focuses his efforts on CliftonStrengths coaching and consulting internationally. In his spare time, you can often find him camera in hand wandering the streets of Boston, Philadelphia, and Istanbul.

Elif Lau is a Gallup-certified CliftonStrengths coach. After studying acting and business administration, she began her career in private theater and then switched to corporate life, working 5 years for HSBC. She moved to the US in 2007 to develop her English and cross-cultural fluency, and gain further education in child development. Returning to Turkey in 2012, she continued her corporate career with international companies like KOSEP and SsanYong. She is currently working on her Master's in Psychology and was certified as a Gallup CliftonStrengths coach in 2020. From there, she began her coaching career at Mirsight.
